Collector - Bank of America
BOA is looking for Collectors in Fort Worth and Plano.
Responsibilities include collections, customer servicing, and loss mitigation or recovery activities.
The position contacts customers who are delinquent, charged-off, or high-risk, in order to secure payments. Collectors will work with customers to establish repayment plans or settlements.
Candidates should have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to discuss personal and financial difficulties, and have strong computer skills.

An Urgent Care office in Frisco needs a Medical Receptionist.
The position is responsible for all aspects of front office duties assigned.
Duties include answering phones, patient scheduling and registration, charge entry, payment posting, batch balancing, insurance verification, and cash reconciliation/balancing.
This is an intermediate position that requires direct supervision, attention to detail, prioritization skills, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal relation skills.
The position is highly visible, with extensive patient contact requiring a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Contacts include patients, families, co-workers, physicians and the general public.
Minimum Requirements:
Post High School office procedures training preferred.
One year clerical and/or receptionist experience, in a medical setting preferred.
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Additional Information
Will need to be able to work 3, 12-hour shifts a week. Will need to be available for some Saturdays.

Under the direction of the Director of Communications, the position is responsible for strategizing, planning, implementing, and measuring the museum's public relations, media relations, and advertising efforts.
Ideal candidates will have sound knowledge of public relations and advertising concepts, and understand the workings of a museum or non-profit.
A bachelor's degree in corporate communications, public relations, journalism or related field, and two years related experience is required.
